In 1970, Larry Thomas Draughn (Thomas Gabe Draughn’s son), took over the business upon his dad’s passing. He turned the
company into not only a business that built residential pools but also one that specializes in commercial pools, water slides (in
Mississippi and in Texas), as well as all types of gunite work, bridge repair, drainage ditches, lining cooling towers, and rock
structures over a five-state area.
Larry’s two sons, Shane and Tommy, have been exposed to the business since they were in diapers. They took over the business in
1997, and through hard work and perseverance they grew the business even more. In addition to the showroom at 3776 I-55 South in Jackson. Then opened another CPS Pools & Spas at 120 Beaver Creek Drive in Ridgeland in 2012. Both retail locations are equipped
to handle all of your pool needs. CPS Pools & Spas offers weekly cleaning services and they also have a professional service
department that can take care of any repair issues.
